Ingredients PER 5g SCOOP Magnesium glycinate equiv Magnesium 250mg
Theanine 100mg, Reishi Extract (Ganoderma lucidem*) 500mg. Other ingredients – Citric acid, phycocyanin, stevia, monkfruit extract, natural citrus flavours *10:1 organic dual extracted, fruiting body and contains >20% beta glucans

Directions Add one scoop (5g) to 250ml cold water and mix thoroughly. Take once per day with food.

Precautions If you are pregnant or breastfeeding or on medications please consult your healthcare practitioner before use. Store in a cool dry place or in the fridge and use within 60 days of opening. Keep out of reach of children.
