Mugwort is traditionally used to enhance lucid dreaming and dream recall. It is also a bitter tonic to support digestion and is used to stimulate regularity of menstruation.
THE SCIENCE
Due to its known constituents Artemisia vulgaris has anti-inflammatory, antiseptic, antispasmodic, hepatoprotective and anti-hypertensive properties.
Directions Infuse 1 teaspoon of your herbal tea in freshly boiled water for 5 minutes or longer. Drink 1 to 3 cups daily.
Ingredients 100% Mugwort leaf* (Artemisia vulgaris). *Organic.
