THE TRADITION
Raspberry leaf tea has been used traditionally as a uterine tonic in preparation for birth during the second and third trimesters of pregnancy. May also be used to support uterine tone for preconception care or to ease heavy menstruation.
THE SCIENCE
Rubus idaeus leaves provide nutritional support, as they are rich in vitamins and minerals such as potassium, phosphorus, magnesium, calcium, and iron, as well as antioxidants.
Directions Infuse 1 teaspoon of your herbal tea in freshly boiled water for 5 minutes or longer. Drink 1 to 3 cups daily.
Ingredients 100% Raspberry Leaf* (Rubus idaeus). *Organic.
All dried herbs are wild crafted or sourced organically when available. Non organic herbs may be used when organic herbs are unavailable.
