A selection of mini aromatherapy roll ons to Restore, Balance and Calm

Each boxed kit contains a selection of 12 x 1ml roll ons in a 5% dilution of organic golden jojoba oil. 

Restore Clary Sage, Eucalyptus, Spearmint, Rosemary

Balance Buddhawood, Frankincense, Myrrh, Sandalwood

Calm Bergamot, Rose, Lavender, Mandarin

Directions Select the scent you wish to use. Choose your ritual based on your preference of aroma strength.

Ritual One Remove the lid of your chosen scent and gently inhale the aroma from the bottle top.

Ritual Two Apply the scent to the pulse points of your wrists, neck and temples as often as needed.

Ritual Three Roll the scent into the palms of your hands. Gently massage your hands together to warm the scent. Hold your palms to your nose and take three deep breaths to inhale the aroma. 

Blend scents together as desired.
